Typically want to do these sessions on days you are taking a break from ranked. You can also do these sessions after playing your ranked games. The purpose of these sessions is not to warm up you aim but to strengthen fluidity with your aim (practice makes perfect and you need to do a lot of practice).

🎯 Session v1 (simple)

 1. Do relaxed deathmatching for 1-2 hours. I mainly play DM with a vandal but you can start with the sheriff, move on to guardian, then vandal and phantom. You can do this with audio or without audio. Focus on proper crosshair placement and deadzoning (taking 1-2 hours to really focus on mechanics makes significant improvement).

🎯 Session v2

 1. Complete any of the aimlabs playlists I mentioned in the 30-40 minute warm up. (G2 Avova, Strahfe Tracking, or any of the OD26 playlists)
 2. Go to the range and shoot the practice bots with a vandal and practice deadzoning.
 3. Then play deathmatch with sheriff only or guardian only with no audio. Play for around an hour.

🎯 Session v3 (no aimlabs)

 1. Start by shooting the practice bots with a vandal for a couple minutes. Then start flicking between two specific bots at a time for another couple minutes.
 2. Then use a sheriff on the medium bots 10 times.
 3. Next, eliminate 100 bots by tracking with a sheriff. Track the bot’s head for a couple seconds before deadzoning to 1 tap the bot.
 4. Do another 100 with a guardian. Track the bot’s head for a couple seconds before deadzoning to 1 tap the bot.
 5. Do another 100 with a vandal. Only deadzone to eliminate the bots (no tracking needed)
 6. Do another 100 with a phanotm. Only deadzone to eliminate the bots (no tracking needed)
 7. Then play a couple deathmatches using a sheriff, Vandal, or Phantom.
