If your aim is too fatigued after a 30-40 min warmup, start with 15-20 min warmups. You need to build stamina to have good aim for long amounts of time. If at any moment you find yourself rushing to just finish the aim routine, just cut your routine short. You want quality practice, don't practice for the sake of just getting it over with.
