Remember to not tilt at yourself when you are aim isn't good. Some days are worse than others but that's normal. A positive attitude will help you win more (btw teammates suck at every rank). Also good sleep, proper eating, and a good set up makes aiming much easier.

🎯 DreamWell’s Aim Routines

*Note if you are new to aiming start with 15-20 minute warmups before doing ranked.

For most people, I recommend you do 30-40 minute warmups before playing ranked.

Do 1-2 hour practice sessions on days you do not plan to play ranked (or are tilted from ranked). I highly recommend to do these long sessions instead of playing unrated to see faster improvement.

You should be practicing aim (aimlabs, range, DM, or ranked) 5 out of 7 days of the week for at least 30min-1hr. On days you don't have much time, play a few DMs (something is better than nothing).

These are the tasks/routines I have found most helpful over the past year after experimenting with different aim routines. Try these first over the other routines listed. And remember quality over quantity.
